Rest Home Services

For many years the Blenheim Christian Churches have partnered together to lead church services in Rest Homes.

Wairau Presbyterian is part of this special and significant ministry, now in a smaller way with less of us available.

Our Parish leads about 11 services per year in two Blenheim Rest Homes.  

A team of volunteers leads each service and people are involved in a variety of ways such as devotional talks, reading scripture, playing music, sharing a testimony, saying a prayer or simply just showing God's love by being present, offering a smile or holding a resident's hand!
